We have a 5-day return policy; This implies that you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return in the case of
i. Order received in defective condition
ii. Item received is not order requested.
Payment Refund
We have a no PAYMENT REFUND policy, We can accept returns for exchange or amendments, but item must meet the rules for a return to be accepted.
*Return shipping fees are at shoppers expense.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Once a product has been altered, customized, purchased on sales, sale is final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Used/worn outfit will not be accepted for return hence ensure you report and immediately initiate a return of any outfit received in damaged or marred condition.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, unwashed, odor-free, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To request a return, you can contact us at infoenadia@yahoo.com
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

For deliveries within Nigeria, the following options are available at checkout:
Standard Delivery
Lagos: 3-5 business days
All other states: 5-7 business days
Please NOTE: Lead time/Processing time is 3-5 business days. Which has been included in the delivery timelines.
International Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping to all countries around the world with an estimated delivery time frame of 15–20 business days, In some cases determined by the shipping companies.
International orders may be subject to a tax or an extra fee by customs. We do not under any circumstances cover that fee. International customers take full liability for that cost, if your country charges one.
Kindly NOTE that if shipping/delivery is delayed past the estimated delivery time given by the shipping company, this factor is not caused by Shop Enadia hence the order can/may not be cancelled until delivered. In this case we have to rely on the shipping company to provide an update with the delivery.
